Vite+ codebase uses
vp fmtandvp lintto lint and format JavaScript code.Not only are these two
devDependenciesstale, but they also make editor's format feature (LSP) broken, because they will use the binaries from raw Oxlint and Oxfmt, which won't tracevite.config.ts.This PR removes them.
